Delivery Information

Delivery charges to the UK mainland are £5.99 for orders under £50. All orders over £50 get free UK mainland shipping.

Deliveries to the UK mainland normally take 24 hours after despatch depending on stock availability. We aim to despatch orders the same day if order placed before 1pm

There is a higher delivery charge for off UK MAINLAND and SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS to postcodes below, so please enquire in advance for price.

Deliveries are sent out with one of our couriers. All courier deliveries must be signed for by the customer on receipt of items. Deliveries will not be left without a signature, the courier will leave a card with contact details and the local delivery depot information.

14 Day Returns Policy

At MInster Lighting we believe that customer care is vital, for this reason we offer a 14 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS POLICY on all items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products; a refund will be issued.

You will be able to return any unused goods within 14 days of purchase for refund minus any delivery costs. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must contact the supplier prior to a return to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your details in the package. We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you receive any items incorrectly you must contact us to obtain an authorised returns number. Please check all orders are correct before signing for your consignment as we will not be held liable after this. When returning items we recommend you make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must contact us to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
